Alligator Sallie’s presentation “DiSCover the Quickest Way Out of the Swamp” has been super helpful to my students. She’s come several times to my classes at the beginning of the year and she did some follow up for my kids at the end of the year, and I can tell that the students learned so much. They come to school and something will have happened between them and a friend and they’re like “ Oh my gosh we learned about that with the DISC Model thing!” They’ll talk about how some of their relationships have improved just because they know how to work with people better now than they did before her presentation.

As a teacher learning about the DISC model, I have a deeper understanding of my students. We get along so much better now! There are always students who can be a challenge and now I know specifically what some of my students need. I can give them the right kind of attention that they need, so we can work well together.”
