I like to keep things simple:

• Hotel accommodations – If you are hosting an event at a hotel, it would be appreciated if you added a room for Sallie.
• Transportation to / from the airport – If someone from your staff is available to pick Sallie up, that awesome! (She loves connecting and we can go over any last minute needs that may have come up!) Of course, she knows the challenges of putting on an event, so if she needs to get there herself – no worries! You take care of business and she’ll check in with you when she arrives.
• Sallie promises to be there early. You have too many details you are juggling on “game day” – her arrival time will not be one of them.
• Sallie has no food allergies.
• Sallie will go out of her way to make sure that there are no issues. You will get no surprises or exorbitant bills. Sallie knows that your reputation is on the line (see reason #1 above).

• Sallie typically uses Power Point, so she will need a projector and screen to fit the audience. No access? No worries – we’ll still have a great time! Just let her know, so she can plan accordingly.
